Currently, flights and hotels are booked separately to allow customers greater flexibility in selecting preferred travel combinations.
Yes. After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email and an e-ticket (for flights) or hotel voucher. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.

12. Events & Ticketing
No. Travorio does not organize, host, or manage events. Travorio operates as a ticket discovery and booking platform, allowing customers to search, compare, and purchase tickets for events worldwide.
Customers can search for and book tickets for sports events (football, basketball, tennis, motorsports, etc.), concerts & live music events, festivals & entertainment shows, cultural performances & exhibitions, and international sporting competitions.
Simply choose Events, select your destination country or city, choose your desired dates, and browse all available concerts, sports events, and shows. The platform automatically displays upcoming public events in the selected location.
All events are organized and managed by third-party organizers, venues, clubs, promoters, or federations.
Refund policies depend entirely on event organizer rules, venue cancellation policies, and ticket provider terms. Most event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled or postponed.
If an event is canceled, the refund policy depends on the organizer. If rescheduled, tickets typically remain valid for the new date. Travorio assists in facilitating communication and processing updates based on organizer policies.
