Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By accessing Travorio, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Travorio.com, operated by Travorio Technologies Inc. ("Travorio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, applications, APIs, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. About Travorio & Scope of Services
Travorio provides a technology platform that allows users to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, events, and other travel-related services offered by independent third-party suppliers ("Suppliers").
Travorio is not a travel service provider. Airlines, hotels, event organizers, and other suppliers are solely responsible for providing their services.
Travorio also performs reservation issuance and booking fulfillment services on behalf of travel suppliers.
2. Eligibility & Acceptance
By using Travorio, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years or older
- You have legal authority to enter binding agreements
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- All information you submit is accurate and complete
3. Definitions
- User: Any person accessing or using the Platform
- Booking: A reservation made through Travorio
- Service Fees: Non-refundable platform and processing fees charged by Travorio
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate purposes and not to:
- Make fraudulent or speculative bookings
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
- Reverse-engineer or copy the Platform
- Access the Platform for competitive intelligence
- Interfere with security or functionality
Violation may result in suspension, cancellation of bookings, or legal action.
5. Third-Party Suppliers
All bookings are governed by the Supplier's own terms and policies. Travorio does not control:
- Availability
- Pricing changes
- Schedule changes
- Refund approvals
- Service disruptions
Disputes related to travel services must be resolved directly with the Supplier.
6. Booking Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing booking details
- Ensuring traveler information is correct
- Monitoring email confirmations and notices
Travorio is not liable for errors caused by incorrect user-provided information.
A booking confirmation, ticket issuance, or reservation voucher constitutes fulfillment of Travorio's service obligation.
7. No-Show & Flight Segment Rules
Failure to check in, board, or comply with airline rules may result in automatic cancellation of remaining segments. Travorio bears no responsibility for such actions.
8. Pricing & Fees
Displayed prices may include:
- Base fare
- Taxes
- Supplier charges
- Travorio service fees
Travorio service fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
9. Payments & Third-Party Processors
Payments are processed by third-party providers (including card networks and crypto gateways).
Travorio:
- Does not store full card numbers
- Does not custody crypto funds
- Does not store private wallet keys
Payment authorization and settlement are the responsibility of the payment processor.
10. Cryptocurrency Payments
You acknowledge that:
- Crypto payments are final and irreversible
- Blockchain confirmations are outside Travorio's control
- Market volatility is your responsibility
- Network and gas fees are non-refundable
Crypto Refunds
If a refund is approved by the Supplier:
- Refunds may be issued in fiat, travel credit, or alternative methods
- Crypto-to-crypto refunds are not guaranteed
- Refund values may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations
Travorio bears no liability for crypto value changes.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting Travorio first.
If a chargeback is filed:
- Your account may be suspended
- You remain responsible for amounts owed
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action
11A. Payment Authorization & Reservation Service Acknowledgment
By completing a booking on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the authorized holder of the payment method used or have permission from the authorized holder.
- You authorize Travorio to charge the total amount displayed at checkout, including taxes, supplier charges, and service fees.
- Travorio provides reservation issuance services for travel products supplied by independent third-party Suppliers.
- Travel services are non-tangible and are considered delivered once a reservation, ticket, or voucher is issued and confirmed.
- Travel inventory (including airline seats, hotel rooms, and event tickets) is time-sensitive and perishable once reserved.
- The cardholder accepts financial responsibility for all listed travelers and their actions, including cancellation, failure to travel, late arrival, or refusal of service by a Supplier.
- Use of the booking by any listed traveler constitutes authorized use of the payment method.
- Failure to appear, check-in, board transportation, attend an event, or comply with Supplier requirements does not constitute non-delivery of service.
A valid confirmed reservation shall not be disputed on the basis of:
- No-show or missed travel
- Schedule changes
- Visa or entry requirements
- Supplier rules or policies
- Additional property charges collected directly by the Supplier
- Authorized third-party traveler usage
Filing a chargeback for a valid confirmed reservation may be treated as a breach of contract where permitted by law.
11B. Electronic Authorization Records
You agree that Travorio may rely on electronic records as proof of authorization, including:
- IP address and approximate location
- Device and browser information
- Payment authentication results (including 3-D Secure where available)
- Booking confirmation issuance records
- Email delivery confirmation
- Traveler information submitted at checkout
- Account login timestamps
Electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a written signature.
11C. Product-Specific Fulfillment Definitions
For dispute and authorization purposes, service delivery occurs at reservation issuance:
Flights
Delivery occurs when an airline ticket number or reservation code is issued and accepted by the airline system, regardless of travel completion.
Hotels
Delivery occurs when the reservation is confirmed and made available to the guest at the property for the booked dates.
Events & Attractions
Delivery occurs when a ticket, voucher, or admission credential is issued and recognized by the venue.
In all cases, non-use of the booking does not constitute non-delivery.
11D. Supplier Property Charges
Hotels and venues may require additional payments at check-in or check-out, including taxes, deposits, parking fees, resort fees, or local government charges.
Such charges are imposed by the Supplier and do not represent duplicate billing or unauthorized transactions by Travorio.
11E. Cryptocurrency Settlement Clarification
A confirmed booking paid via cryptocurrency is considered fully settled at the time of blockchain confirmation.
Refunds, if approved by the Supplier, may be issued in a different currency or value due to exchange rate fluctuations.
12. Refund Processing
Refund timelines depend on Suppliers and payment processors and may take 4–12 weeks or longer.
Travorio service fees remain non-refundable unless required by law.
13. Booking Changes & Fair Use
Change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure during support hours.
Fair Use Policy:
- Maximum 2 change quotes per paid request
- Excessive or speculative requests may be declined
14. 24-Hour Ticket Voiding
Voiding is not guaranteed and requires:
- Booking at least 7 days before departure
- Request within 24 hours of issuance
- Request before 5 PM EST
- Supplier approval

16. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, branding, and technology are owned by Travorio or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
17. Travel Compliance & Safety
You are responsible for:
- Passports, visas, and health requirements
- Entry rules and local laws
- Travel advisories
Travorio is not liable for denied boarding or entry.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Travorio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed USD 500 or the amount paid, whichever is greater
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travorio from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity
20. Force Majeure
Travorio is not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or network failures.
21. Privacy
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
22. Third-Party Links
Travorio is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked on the Platform.
23. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive service-related communications electronically. Marketing messages require opt-in where required by law.
24. Children & Minors
The Platform is not intended for users under 18.
25. Binding Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Arbitration shall:
- Be conducted in English
- Be governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act where applicable
- Take place remotely or in a mutually agreed location
Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse or bring eligible claims in small-claims court.
26. Class-Action Waiver
You agree that disputes shall be brought only on an individual basis.
You waive the right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings.
27. B2B & White-Label Services
For business customers, resellers, and white-label partners:
- Travorio acts solely as a technology provider
- Partners are responsible for end-user compliance and support
- Travorio has no contractual relationship with partner end users
- Partners indemnify Travorio against end-user claims and regulatory issues
28. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
United States
Governed by U.S. law. Arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
European Union & United Kingdom
Mandatory consumer protection laws apply. Arbitration applies only where legally permitted.
United Arab Emirates
Governed by UAE law. Disputes not subject to arbitration fall under competent UAE courts.
29. Modifications
Travorio may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
30. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access without notice for violations.
